If you have a complaint about our services, please contact us in writing at contact@fusioncraft.pro or by post to our registered address. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and provide a full response within 8 weeks. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may refer the matter to the relevant financial services ombudsman or regulatory authority.
Either party may terminate our service agreement with appropriate notice as specified in your service agreement. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if you breach these terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities. Upon termination, you remain liable for any outstanding fees, and we will provide you with copies of your financial plans and relevant documents.
FusionCraft shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these terms which is due to fire, flood, earthquake, elements of nature or acts of God, acts of war, terrorism, riots, civil disorders, rebellions or revolutions, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms on our website and, where appropriate, by email. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal.
